I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The only negative about the entire stay was the location of the hotel based on my search. I wanted to stay near the airport, close to other family members. I was in town for a wedding and I did not rent a car so I had to ride with others. There is a location near the airport but not knowing this was not that location, I booked at this location and was not able to change after I arrived in Colorado Springs.
I came here to visit my husband, who is stationed in the Army at Fort Carson, and it was a wonderful stay. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room was beautiful and big. I didn't expect it to be so nice, but we had an awesome time. Plus, it was 15 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Fort Carson, and we were not far from Pikes Peak. The hotel was extremely quiet and my husband and I felt like we were the only ones there, which is what we wanted. The room was extremely clean and stocked. I would absolutely stay here again and plan on it soon.
We booked a one bedroom suite through the travel website. I checked the hotel website to confirm that a one bedroom was a suite with a separate bedroom. The hotel also offers studio's which the travel agent had on their website also. When we arrived we were told we had a studio and that travel website had the description wrong. I explained that I had checked the room type and had specifically booked the room due to the separate bedroom. The front desk clerk was great and looked for and found a one bedroom for us. The room was nice and clean, full kitchen, living area with sofa bed and separate bedroom. Great proximity to Garden of the Gods and other sites!
We are here for the passing of our grandmother, and the staff was absolutely the best. Honestly, the best stay in any hotel anywhere. With a sick kid too, we had lots of kids tv to choose from.
This hotel was wonderful. My family stayed here for 4 days. The room was perfect. The hotel was quiet and peaceful. It was located by everything we needed. And the staff was so friendly. I can't wait to go back to Colorado and stay at this hotel.
The staff was exceptionally helpful and cheerfull! My husband travels all over the country for work, and he was very impressed with the staff. We brought our 3 young children with us on our trip. We had a 2 room suite with a sofa bed. The sofa bed did not have linens (we found out at 2 am, when we had to separate the kids.) And we had to re-arrange all the furniture to pull it out. The kitchen is rather small for this type of suite. But overall it was great. No food on site, and the pool is tiny, and not heated. There is no jacuzzi.
