This was a really nice hotel with a friendly and efficient staff. Despite the fact that I arrived with a travel group of over 100 people, I was treated well and processed efficiently, I found the rooms standard in decor and amenties but clean and well maintained. This hotel is well-positioned for seeing the surrounding area of Colorado. It is close to reasonable restaurants and retail stores.
We have stayed at The Holiday Inn Express three times this summer - and all of our stays have been enjoyable. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful (ex. flyers for restaurant recommendations, calling maintenance to adjust the lock on our door). The fitness center has a nice variety of equipment and is only accessible by key. The pool and indoor hot tub are very nice! Beds are comfortable, good counter space around sink, and the rooms are quiet. We will always stay there when visiting the area.
The holiday Inn Express was very nice. It was clean. The beds were comfortable. The room was nice. The shower was fantastic. It had little cubby holes for your soaps and shower stuff. The towels could have been a little softer.
