All guests must check in at ResortQuest at Telluride office located in downtown Telluride above Clark's Market. 666 West Colorado Ave., Telluride, CO 81435 The ResortQuest at Telluride Collection is a grouping of accommodation in three of ResortQuests Telluride condominium. All condominiums feature cable TV with VCRs and many offer fully equipped kitchens. Please see the detailed room descriptions for the amenities offered in each room type. All units offer either ski-in and ski-out access or are walking distance to the lifts. The condominium communities are conveniently located near to Tellurides shops - restaurants - and recreational activities. ResortQuest at Telluride Collection - A great escape never far from the action. Complimentary Items include local calls and outdoor parking.Other Information Additional Facility and Reservation fees may vary at time of deposit. Cancellation fees may apply for any cancellations. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Additional restrictions may apply during spring break vacation period. Chaperoned groups and sports team groups are prohibited. Please contact the property directly for further information.Cancelation Policy continuedReservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival forfeit full prepayment including all taxes and fees. Guests are encouraged to obtain trip cancellation insurance to protect against potential charges.Exception: Holiday Season and major festival dates Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to arrival will receive a refund of deposit less 10% of rent plus 5.6% Reservation Fee. Reservations cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival forfeit full prepayment including all taxes and fees. Guests are encouraged to obtain trip cancellation insurance to protect against potential charges.

ResortQuest ruined our vacation to Telluride. The staffer for check-in closed down the office 2 hours early, for no reason, and blatantly lied to us about the location of check-in so she could leave early. Due to her lack of consideration, we spent our day trying to track down our reservation, which was booked through Travelocity but didn't exist in their records. We had to spend 4 hours waiting for a security guard to help us find a spare room. Once we made it to that room, we were appalled by the fact that it was in total disarray, with unclean sheets, a dirty bathroom and dirty linens on the floor where the last lodger had left them. Suffice it to say, we packed up and left, and were forced to track down another hotel and pay three times the amount. I've never encountered such horrific lack of service and would advise anyone looking to stay at ResortQuest location to look elsewhere.
