Travelocity Reviews ( 6 Reviews ) Top

When we arrived, there was no one on staff to assist us as they close at 5pm. Entire building listed on website is under construction. We finally found our condo and was put in a complete DUMP- very outdated, dirty and room stunk! No one was able to assist us that evening and we took our kids and checked in to the Marriott and paid out of pocket for the evening. The next day after much haggling with Travel website and the condo complex, we were able to switch to Vantage Point building where we had a very nicely remodeled unit and very clean. The remainder of our stay was fine. Our caution to others is that this could happen to you.

Bait and switch on this property. Property shown on website is under construction. We could not find property. We called number on reservation and they could not assist as they were only an answering service. Once we found property, no one was on site to assist us. They left a key in the lock box and instructions to go to another building. The building had no air conditioning, no security, smelled horrible, and extremely dirty and outdated. Customer service with answering service was absolutely horrible. The travel website needs to remove this property off their list as it is disgusting.

Stayed at the Vantage Point Condominium Complex in Vail, CO. Accommodations were very homey and had great view of the mountains. Enjoyed the fireplace and the kitchen facilities.

DON'T BOTHER! Front desk closed at 5 pm!! Room was filthy, dirty washcloth left in bathroom. Long distance call to get help. Looks like furniture was bought at a bad garage sale. Everything around condo closed for construction. Bedroom located next to busy interstate.Phone didn't work, and the front desk was closed. Hope you don't need help if you don't have a cell phone.
