We really enjoyed our stay at Vail Cascade. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, even the maids were catering to our needs. They have live music in the bar during the early evening, which had really good musicians. THe resort is Ski in/ski out, but the only downside is that its all the way on the west side of vail, so its a long ride back, but easy to ski out of. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who enjoys comfort and a friendly helpful staff. Not to mention the hotel is beautiful.
What a gorgeous hotel! The staff was extrmely helpful. The food was outstanding. The room was lovely.
This is a beautiful hotel, with truly outstanding service. We went in the summertime, and there was no air conditioning in the rooms. The room was 80 degrees F., humid, with poor air circulation. If you don't like the heat, get a room with French doors and a balcony. If you like very warm rooms in the Summer, this will not be a problem for you. Otherwise, was lovely and, again, had great service.
the hotel was really great, the service and the location were excellent.
