The front desk staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Our room was very, very nice. The hotel service was great. We will stay here next time through. the GM and all the staff are great. Nice People. We had a very enjoyable stay!! Thank you! We will be back.

I relied on other travelers' comments to book my reservation at the West Hartford Inn but wish I'd spent a little more money and stayed at a better hotel. The mattress was uncomfortable and I barely got any sleep.

I stayed here while attending the Yoga workshop at West Hartford YCBA. It would be good to advertise this for those interested in Yoga for when they sponsor weekend trainings. This inn fit the bill perfectly. It was reasonalbe rates, safe, and clean!! I will stay here again when I am in the area.

I stayed here because I was in the area for a funeral. All hotel coffee that is in the rooms are BAD excetp this hotel!!!! The coffee I had in my room was the BEST I have had!! Thanks. I will stay here again if I am in the area. The rooms were excellent and very clean.

This was our first time at this hotel. The front desk staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. Our room was clean and well maintained. We appreciated finding a restaurant menu in the room. We actually walked down and enjoyed it. Thank you.

I stayed at the West hartford inn sometime back and it was unbelievable!They had great rooms, great prices and i was amazed at how good the rooms were. The staff was so friendly and it is a quiet place. I have always stayed at the Hilton before when i didnt have a booking there i decided to stay here and it was as good as staying at a franchise!Even better if you consider the money you are spending! I would definitely recommend this place to anybody travelling with family or friends or for any purpose. I am going to stay there from now on.Check it out the place is great!
