Stayed for only 1 night as we went to the Casino's. Check in was fast and the lady was very kind and friendly. Room was great, clean, it had a seating area with couch. My wife has a bad back and the bed was perfect! Very comfortable did not bother her back. (most others are bothersome) Free breakfast was good, simple and quick. The only bad thing was we were near one of the entrances and people coming in late were a bit noisy, but not the Hotels fault. Would stay here again!
I have stayed at this hotel a numerous number of times with each stay better than the previous. My room was clean, I had plenty of towels, and the bed was comfortable. The only thing that perplexed me was you had to pay for bottled water in the room if you wanted drinkable water. Other than this, I had a great time.
We stayed at some really bad hotels on this vacation, but this one was really nice. The basic rooms had a couch and a big comfortable desk chair
this is a great hotel. THe only complaint I have is that it could have been a little cleaner. There was hair in the shower and we had no pillowcases, which were giving to us right away. The room smelled of smoke andwe asked to change but there were no more rooms. other than that, this is a great hotel. Oh...and everyone is right about the breakfast. Its fabulous!!!!! Worth the stay.
My husband and I stayed here while visiting family. What a great place!! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was better then the norm as there was a Belgium waffle station and an extensive variety of food. The room was comfortable and reasonably priced. But it was the staff that made our stay. Kudos to the staff and management. What a great team! They truly made our stay one to remember.
I thought the room was very clean, that is what I look for, the beds were a little softer than I like, the breakfast was more than enough for us, we will stay again, this time we will make sure that the hot water and coffee maker are working before we settle in
