I would return to this hoitel. What I believe some people don't understand is if your stay is less than 6 days you won't get cleaning services. We stayed 5 days and we had to go to the front desk to get clean towels. There wasn't any extras but because it is an extended stay hotel you should plan on bringing some of the extras like your shampoo, lotions, and the dishwashing liguid to do your dishes. There weren't enough cups and silverware. The stove, toaster, refridgerator, and coffee pot were clean. I never saw any bugs. The mattress was soft, not like most motel beds. My biggest concern was the staff. They weren't friendly at all. Not even a smile and no thank you for staying with them. They didn't even ask how our stay was when we left.

The location is excellent because it is just a walk away from the prestigeous mall that Jacksonville can offer. It is also about 10 mins drive away from the beach. If you're looking for entertainment and dinner, there's a movie theater, fine restaurants, bars, sushi, chinese, Hooters, Moes, McDonalds, Wendy's, Publix within a 5 min drive. It is also, just a hop away from the freeway and about 5 mins from I-95.HOWEVER, the room that we stayed in was not properly cleaned. I normally do a walk-through of the room before bringing in my stuffs so that I know what to expect. As I walked in, it looks pretty descent (smells good too). But looks can be deceiving. The tub had a yellow mildew that was not scrubbed off. The towels had short hairs stuck on them. The water felt a little slimy (probably because of the cholrine that is being used). Two of the drawers still had some personal items from the last guest. I did not mind the little things that I found that would normally irritate others, because you get what you paid for. However, what really irritates me is that when I took out the sheets, there were couple of roaches under them. You cannot miss it because, it was the only two "black things" that were crawling on top of a white sheet. This indicated to me that the last guest ate on the bed and the sheets was not changed at all. Other than that, the surroundings is great and it is in a central location to places that can be fun.

This was the dirtiest hotel I've every stayed in. the room has not been clean for months it would appear. In the bathroom the toilet seat stuck together with old urine and dirt. The tub facet was dirty and fill with brown dirt, the tub showerhead was mildewed & the kitchen sink had dried up old food that?s been there since the last person left. The room was never cleaned and I had to use the same bath towel the whole while I was there. The room itself was so dirty the plug was fill of dust and dust bunnies.

The outside looked like a sleezy motel. The room was nasty, tub rusted, bed had hairs on blanket. Musty room, I tried two before leaving. Customer Service was good though.

Very easy assess to main highway. Room was fine. No Bugs! Nice kitchenette. Very comfortable. No pool. Ocean is only about 7 miles away though. ONLY concern was parking area wasn't lit well & I had to go up deserted staircase in evening to get to my room. I used extra caution & was fine. Lots of restaurants nearby. For a travelor on a budget, this was is a good choice.
