Great hotel for a Universal vacation! The hotel is about a 25 min drive from the Orlando (MCO) Airport which is ideal. However, make sure you have plenty of change when you leave the airport because you will hit 3 or 4 toll booths along the way costing you about 3 to 5. You can also see the hotel from the Universal parking deck which is a big plus. The hotel is very nice and quiet. The free breakfast in the morning isn't a selling point if you have kids. It's mostly cereal, bagels and juice but there is a Cracker Barrel behind the hotel which has a great breakfast. There is also a small refrigerator in the room which is great to keep drinks and snacks in for the kids instead of having to pay hotel prices. There are plenty of restaurants near by and Wet n' Wild is just down the road. Overall a great place to stay and very close to all the attractions. We will certainly come back on our next vacation to Universal
This hotel exceeded my expectations by far. The rates were great and I felt like we got so much for our money. THe staff was very friendly and so helpful. The room was awesome, a fridge and a bar area. Huge sectional and a 42 inch plasma TV. The beds we very comfortable. TGI fridays right across the street. A 15 minute walk to universal studios and city walk or a 4 cab ride. We had a great vaction, I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay by universal. We will be back!!!
