The Mandarin Oriental Miami is one of the finest hotels I have ever stayed. Hotel staff were plentiful and very helpful and courteous. Upon check-in, we were treated to a very warm welcome. The front desk person checked us in, then walked us to the elevator and pushed the button for our floor. The room, pool and view were incredible! The location is great and only minutes from South Beach. I strongly recommend a stay at this fabulous hotel.
