The Good: Clean room, loved the bed, down-filled covers, the use of white all over. Loved the wood laminate flooring. Great location, just a block off Collins, but only two blocks away from 8 all day parking. The patio area is nicely down, relaxing garden-like setting.The Bad The outside is a little worn, and there is construction/renovation going on in several rooms although I didn't hear any noise at night, and the breakfast at 7 is only toast, rolls, muffins and orange juice ("Continental"). Overall, I was really please. Loved the room, Loved the price, Love the location. And the female working behind the desk (Manager?) was very nice/helpful (and cute!).AL
