I checked in to this hotel the last two noghts of my 6 day trip, only to find meself in complete disappointment. The rooms are very small and not enough lights to see anything. On top of all that I went to use the bathroom, only to fine a huge 3 inch COCKROACH lying on its back kicking! Then I found another one in the closet.
Don't be surprised to find no rooms available when you arrive. Be prepared to be escorted blocks away to a "sister" hotel, dragging your own bags up and down flights of stairs, only to find a room that is already occupied. Top all that with a management staff that refuses to refund your Travel agency payment even though the hotel you reserved is not available.
I arrived at 3:45pm for check in but my room was not available yet. Some parts of the hotel smell weird. The bathroom gets all wet when you take a shower and it is difficult to control the water temperature. At night, they play very loud music. Services were not good. The only thing I liked there was its location which was very convenient.
Heavy moldy smell. Attractive room update, but nothing else. Reserved valet parking for a late arrival - never came to get the car, two people were waiting ahead of us for more than an hour. we had better luck finding street parking at 1am. No privacy - bamboos shades were see thru..didn't realize until I was half undressed...sigh. Only good thing...it's right on the main strip. Most underwhelming experience.
My boyfriend and I stayed here last year and we are going back in 2 weeks. I loved everything about this hotel. Perfect location and very clean and modern rooms. I would recommend this hotel to anyone without a doubt!!
