We Loved it
The free breakfast buffet in the lobby was excellent, with different selections each day
I had booked my reservations several weeks in advance and did NOT get the room type stated in my reservation. My best guest is that I was bumped from my room for some other client. My discussions with the front desk did not resolve the problem. I have stayed at this facility several times for its location, but their are several other hotels in the area that will now get my business.
Worst mid-range hotel I have experienced. Someone else's mail had been left in the room and I don't think it had been cleaned. The bathroom light fixture is broken. The miniature pool is right outside my window. There is literally a deck chair against the glass and a shower 15 inches from the glass. It's LOUD and if I open the curtains, I'm at eye-level with the people in the pool. My non-smoking room smells of smoke. The surly day manager refuses to move me.
One of the best hotel I have stayed in. Very clean Excellent. On my next visit to St. pete I will stay at the Hampton Inn and recommend anyone I know traveling to St Pete to stay.
