This place was a poor example of a ramada inn. We weren't there to vacation and booked thru online travel website at the last minute to attend a funeral. This hotel was outdated, had poor maintenance practices, and the staff was barely able to speak english. The pool was stated as being heated, but we can't figure out with what. The electrical boxes were hanging out of the wall, electric cords were within hands reach of a small child, which we had one. The two restaurants that were on location were run down, dirty, and staffed by more non-english speaking staff. It was hard to get a fork/knife or a high chair. The food offered was Indian, and only after mentioning that the room service menu offered steaks, did we receive the menu we wanted. By going on travelocity and trying to save money, we were blindsided by the accomodations. The hotel was 60 miles from the events that we were attend. If it wasn't for the florida sunshine and leaving 4 degree weather back home this trip would have been unbearable.
booked this hotel on line. It shows to be a 3 star hotel. But to our surprise it was not. (false advertising). The rooms were very dirty and smelled. Flea bag hotel. Would never stay again.
We booked this hotel for 2 nights on our vacation. I have seen better areas on the south side of Chicago! The restroom in the lobby smelled very strongly of urine and the front desk help was a joke. Needless to say we left and found another hotel for our 2 nights.
I went to St. Pete for a concert. I enjoyed the hotel although I didn't use the pool or the fitness room. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.
Had to change rooms to get internet access! Breakfast in restaurant on site was tasteless and lack assortment. Rooms were not clean, carpet was dirty and wall paper was falling off. People at front desk weren't very helpful. Terrell the maintenance man was very helpful, though. Would not recommend this hotel!
Pleased to find security gates and doors as hotel is located in a business district. Surprised to find Karaoke and a fun lounge on the weekend.Front desk staff was helpful and the rooms were clean. Micro-fridges, and free wireless internet access made this a keeper. Will come again.
