traveling with a group - we paid extra for a special package which included breakfast and uniform laundering. we did not receive the breakfast vouchers nor the laundering bag. when i went to the counter to ask for them I was told "how do I know thats what your supposed to get". I was bewildered. Isn't it in the computer? I even had an email confirmation with that information which i was told to get out of my car to show him. that still wasnt good enough. Incredibly rude, nasty and unprofessional. we never did get anything we paid for and ate somewhere else for breakfast. Although the manager apologized the next day and the rooms were clean and comfortable due to the horrible way we were treated we wouldn't dream of staying at this hotel ever again. Absolutely the worst customer service at a hotel ever encountered.
I loved the sleep number bed didn't really want to leave. We had a free breakfast with our stay and some of the food items were cold. The other thing was after check in there were dirty food trays outside of hotel rooms that stayied there way too long, it was hrs before it was gone.
The room contained two Queen Sleep # beds and felt very large. Great beds and very clean room.The downstairs bar was nice and they make a good martini. Definitely recommend.
