We booked 2 condos on ground-level in January of 07 and had a marvelous time! So close to the beach and pool... beautiful landscaping and extremely friendly employees and guests! Rooms were great - wonderful cooking & laundry equipment. We'd go back in a heartbeat!
Clean, ground floor 2 bedroom condo, seconds from the beach and pool, convient and great for kids, lots of biking, sunning, shelling, crafting, swimming...not crowded and just an amazing trip. My husband hates Florida, but LOVED Sanibel. We will spend a lot more time there.
We love the location. It's on the southern tip of the island so you can watch both sunrise and sunset over the water while looking for shells. If you stay at Pointe Santo, we like the ground floor units best overall. You can still have an unobstructed view of the gulf and you get the advantage of being able to go right out your back door into the large open ended courtyard that
