The Ritz-Carlton Club Level offers guests access to the private, refined lounge featuring complimentary food and beverage presentations throughout the day and evening, and the services of a dedicated Club Concierge.For recreation, guests of the resort have access to our three Members facilities including The Members Spa Club offering whirlpools, steam rooms, saunas, relaxation terrace, and over 90 health, beauty, and wellness treatments. The Members Beach Club on Lido Key is a 10-minute complimentary shuttle drive away and features three beachfront pool areas including a children's pool, the Ritz Kids Club, restaurant and pool-side dining, private beach cabanas, men's and ladies locker rooms and rustic, on-the-beach tiki bar. Also offered is The Members Golf Club, 20 minutes away with an 18-hole, par 72 championship golf course, designed by Tom Fazio. Dining options include Vernona restaurant, The Beach Club Grill, Bay View Bar & Grill, and The Golf Club Grille. There is an on-site bar lounge, Ca d Zan and The Lobby Lounge, serving afternoon tea and other epicurean adventures.The hotel is the first Ritz-Carlton to receive the Department of Environmental Protection Green Lodging Certification. The hotel received the recognition after completing state guidelines that evaluate how a property manages water conservation, energy efficiency, waste reduction and indoor air quality.

We arrived late at night and were given room 711.When we woke up the next morning we noticed the carpets in the room were in terrible condition.(stained to say the least)We asked for a room change and were given a room at the 9th floor.The back light mirror was missing a screw and could not be adjusted and the maid left a dirty towel (small) on the bath faucet.Not up to Ritz Carlton Standards
Very accommodating hotel with clean and spacious rooms. The only downside was the Breakfast offering since it was too expensive.
I just stayed at the Ritz last weekend for my 1-year anniversary. What a great time! The room service, wait staff at several restaurants, room service and spa staff were all top notch! The constant tipping feels excessive after several days, but the service is so great its worth it. Take stacks of 5's and 10's to be prepared.
This is a superlative place. The beach club is to die for. Come here when you want to be pampered. They have a slogan, which I cannot remember, but it speaks to allowing them to take you away from your everyday cares - they do this in spades! Will there be anything else, Mrs. XXXX? My pleasure.
The hotel was very easy to find, in the heart of Sararsota, and they provided a regular coach to the Beach Club, which had great facilities right on the ocean. Food and service were excellent
I stay at the Ritz every year in October for 1 week. It is a truly wonderful experience, and dont' forget to visit the beach club. Enjoy Life!!
