We were there June 2008, had a wonderful room with an ocean view that was breathtaking! The room was a 2 bedroom suite, facilities are somewhat old but well-maintained. The room had a complete kitchen and a washer-dryer. The balcony porch was huge! The pool was satisfactory (hotel pools are NEVER warm enough to suit me) and the jacuzzi was fantastic! The staff was excellent! We plan to return next year!!

Our family of 5 loved Beach Tower! The condomium setting of 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, washer/dryer and balcony gave us all plenty of "elbow room" and personal space. It was great beach towels/mats or chairs were provided at no extra charge as well as parking (we renteded 3 days). The location was perfect with the beach just across the street and short walking distance to restaurants, shopping, grocery store, and car rentals. We liked being able to fix a few breakfasts or quick lunches to pack for the beach making it more convenient for us. Plenty of kitchenware available. I like also the B.T. provided dishwasher soap/laundry detergent for us to use. Front desk was friendly and very helpful with maps and directions. All the bellman were exeptional!! They had a warm smile and greeting for us at all times making us feel like "family'. Housekeeping did a great job coming in 2 times a day and leaving treats on our pillows in the evening. We were on the 15th floor and had a nice view of the ocean from our balcony. Would recommend trying to go above the 18th floor as we did see into rooms from the Circle Hotel just off to our right--still a good view of the ocean though and the condo is nicely decorated. Of the 4 elevators, 1 or 2 were out of service quite often having us have to wait longer than I would think necessary. Also, elevators need some cosmetic work-look worn down inside. Overall, we would be extremely pleased to stay here again and would recommend it to families and/or groups.

We upgraded to a deluxe view room on this hotel. Even the partial view rooms give a great aview of the beach(right across the street), but the deluxe view is even better. We took one step outside, cross the street and we are on the beach. The view is spectacular. The free Valet parking was wonderful and everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel is a little dated, but the bathrooms were upgraded along with some of the furniture. It has full balconies with chairs, ottoman and table for outside dining or relaxing with the beautiful view. The washer and dryer came in very handy. We had a queen bed(very comfortable mattress) in the master bedroom with a private bath. The second room had two twin beds and the second bathroom right outside. It also had a queen sleeper sofa. We got nightly cleanup and turn down service as well. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook and eat in. We had breakfast on the lanai every morning with a beautiful view of Waikiki Beach. The only complaint we had was that the kitchen floor wasn't cleaned very well. Other than that, it was perfect. They also have a Bose Sound system, DVD players on each television and Free wired internet. The pool was the perfect temperature and the spa is large and comfortable. They also have a Sauna. We will definitely stay here again when we go back.

Fantastic property with incredible, unobstructed views over Waikiki and the Pacific. Rooms very clean, both bathrooms great, kitchen superb. Free valet parking a very nice surprise!

 by  anonymous  on  2006-10-11

The rooms are state of the art with a washer and dryer in the unit I stayed in. Even had a full kitchen. The room was a huge 2 bedroom layout with the biggest lanai I have ever had the luxury of hanging out on. Staff was super friendly, they really give you the royal treatment. The location is great, right across the street from the beach.

We just spent a Waikiki Beach Tower! We were delighted with our two bedroom condo for my husband, myself, our daughter and my 80 y.o. mother. Everyone were encountered was very friendly and accomodating to our needs. . The view from our private lanai was gorgeous! Our room wasn't ready at 3:00 but we were compesated with champagne, Godiva chocolates and a 100 in-room dining credit It is a little spendy but we felt it was worth the cost for all the service and convenience. The free valet parking, ( parking is VERY expensive) twice daily maid service and convenient location made it worth it.
