The room comes equipped with a dvd player. Ours didn't work. After the second call, the manager swapped it out with another dvd player. It also did not work. We had already purchased a movie to watch. Then our toilet wouldn't flush the toilet paper. The manager tried to fix it, but we were without a toilet for the night. This room is 100% guarenteed or your room is complementary. They offered us 10% off, then 50%. That was it. I would stay in a hotel without a dvd player, but not one without a working toilet. I am unhappy with the way this was resolved.
