Each room has its own fireplace, whirlpool tub, balcony and stocked private bar. Have a relaxing treatment in our full service SPA or enjoy the picturesque view from our outdoor terrace before retiring to our bedside service of chilled milk and fresh baked cookies. Wake each morning to a complimentary paper and the European breakfast served in our lobby. Without a doubt, the BEST facility we have stayed in in the 13 years we've been married. The rooms are beautiful (our overlooked the Fox River), the dinner was excellent, and the spa service was fantastic (thanks to xxx and xxx)! We'll be back for our 14th anniversary!
The service was horrible. Very rude kids all over. The prices were way too high for the poor treatment we received. There didn't seem to be any managers in sight. Go somewhere else.
This is an amazing inn. The staff was great, the accommodations were top quality, and the location was perfect. We did use the Spa and it was a great add on to the get away. This was a mini - honeymoon and it could not have been better. We were only 30min away from home but it felt a world away. Geneva is a great place to walk around and it has several wonderful restaurants to complete the experience. This is a perfect getaway to take a break and catch up with your loved one.
