THIS HOTEL IS FILTHY& -AN ABSOLUTE WASTE OF SPACE! SHOULD BE DEMOLISHED!!!!!!
Rented two rooms w/ family. Motel is a turnaround location for railroad workers who come and go all day. As I was checking in I was told that my room wasn't ready - then two workers came down and checked out - I was then given two room keys for the same rooms they just left. Rooms were filthy, smelled bad, and looked like they hadn't been updated for 30 years. This place was so bad my wife would not change her clothes or even shower in the morning. Had we not prepaid we would not have stayed. Location is difficult to get into with poor signage from the main roads. When I complained to the corporate office I was referred back to the motel. This will be the last Super 8 I will ever stay in.
This motel turned out to be a more or less renovated place with amenities which sounded OK during reservation, but turned out to be terrible. I stayed from a Friday evening until a Monday morning. On Saturday, my room was not made up (I was away all day into the evening), but was then serviced after I complained. On Sunday, the room was again not serviced. I got back to the motel around 4 PM, complained twice with no result, and then someone showed up to clean the room after 7 PM (I wasn't interested by then, and sent them away). The "Super Start" breakfast was a minimum continental breakfast, and the last morning the coffee machine was broken. I never found an exercise facility. Worst motel experience I've had in many years.
I have never seen a worse hotel facility!!!!!!!! Foul odors and bathroom wall, bottle caps on floor, broken box spring, hair in tub and bed. Front desk agent is in denial about the facility. I did not stay at the hotel it was intolerable and the inconvienience of having to find another hotel during my trip was very frustrating. I have already filed a complaint with online travel website and i am awaiting a refund. Jeff Clock
The box spring on my bed was broke and there were blood spots on my sheets and spread. I asked housekeeping to change my sheets and she gave me my own sheets and I had to change them myself. I checked out of the hotel a night early and found some place else to stay. I wouldl not recommend this hotel to anyone.
This hotel was in a great location to the concert I was attending, but the room seemed like it was half-cleaned. The staff put me in a room at first that an employee was staying in ""unofficially"". Staff appeared intoxicated.
