My wife and I arrived at the hotel around 11 A.M., well aware that check-in is at 3 P.M. When I asked if the hotel can hold our bags until check-in time, the hotel associate at the front desk replied "if we have a room available now, I'd be more than happy to check you in now." The very early check-in is just one of the examples of the many fine services received during our stay at the Westin. From the doorman to the concierge, the hotel staff was always eager to please. Rooms were decent sized, clean, comfortable, with all the amenities expected in a fine hotel including internet access, minibar, and personal safe with programmable combination lock. Still, the best feature of the hotel is the location. We were walking distance from the Navy Pier, Sears Tower, Theaters, Union Station, and pretty much everywhere else. The only regret we have is missing the hotel breakfast. The heavenly bed was so comfortable that my wife and I overslept and missed the breakfast time!

I definitely would return to this hotel. Staff was friendly and service in every area was top rate. The comfort of the rooms was outstanding. The food in the dining areas was very good. I enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel very much and I really liked the location. There was plenty to do and enjoy in just walking distance. The rooms for the meetings I attended were nice and the lay out of the hotel was very nice as well. Next time I'm in Chicago, I'm staying at the Westin!

This hotel is very clean and quiet. The only thing I would mention is that the beds are small in the double rooms. 4 of us were sharing a room and sleeping was a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise the beds were comfy, just small. I would definately stay here again. The location is great and the staff was very friendly.

My sister in law and I stayed here for a Girls Weekend. We skipped the valet parking and parked in the Hancock Bldg (just across the street) for a cheaper fee. At the front desk we asked for a room with a view and were given a room overlooking Michigan Ave. . a beutiful sight @ night. Beds were comfortable and doormen were great! Super friendly staff. The room was very clean.

Great location near restaurants and shopping. Amazing beds. Good conference facilities. The elevators were extremely slow, particularly with our large group. I had a concierge level room which was very nice, clean and well equipped. I didn't have much of a view and the room was dark due to its proximity to other skyscapers, but otherwise it was a very nice hotel and I would return.
