Friends and I were celebrating a landmark birthday and had dinner and nightlife plans all in the River North area. I was relieved to find such a GREAT hotel that is so convenient to everything I wanted to do. The hotel room was great and accommodated ALL of our requests. It was my best stay ever!
I stayed at this hotel at the end of my business trip. Our room was newly redecorated and close to the train which takes you everywhere in the Chicago area - even to both airports. It's located within easy walking distance of the theater district and Michigan Street for shopping. The only negative is that there is no complimentary breakfast of any kind. The little deli attached to the hotel serves a buffet breakfast that is OK, but a little over priced. I would recommend staying here, especially for business. The room is nicely equipped for businss travel.
Great hotel. Staff was very attentive. No problems. I always stay at Marriot properties when I can.Would stay here again.
my boyfriend and i needed a vacation some where nearby during our holiday break from school and we chose chicago. we used the review and the affordable price to choose our hotel and we were very satisfied. we are a trendy couple in our twenties and the hotel room matched our style. the bed was amazing, no tossing and turning, the plasma tv was sweet and the room was very clean and trendy. during our stay,we needed a microwave to heat up leftover pizza and the front desk sent one up to our room. lol. i love the vanity area and we had everything we needed. We want to return as soon as we can.
Beautiful location! Very friendly, helpful staff and concierge! The MOST comfortable bed I've ever slept on! Terrifc balcony overlooking the city! I would recommend them to everybody!
I have traveled to Chi Town may times, and each time I like to stay in a different place. I am always looking for a good deal but sometimes to only get what you paid for in the end. This hotel was great, both location and room. Just a few blocks off Mich. Ave and State St. If shopping is your game you couldn't ask for a better location. The red line is only 2 blocks away for the cheapest way the access all the places in the city. This wouldn't be a helpful review if I didn't have something I could have wished for more, and for this hotel or alt least our room the bath vanity was very small. There just isn't enough surface space and when you have to share that space with a coffee pot its tight. Other than that I will recomend to anyone look to visit the windy city.
