The rooms are neat & clean but small. Bathroom is so small 2 people can not function normally in it at the same time. Small elevators that are slow not uncommon to wait 10 minutes to get to your room. I would not say this hotel is a bargain even though the rates are a tad bit lower than the nearest competior. No parking you must park 1/2 block away at 42. a day . OUTRAGEOUS

went to chicago for business so I needed central hotel close to business and not to hard on budget. the hotel fit the bill perfectly. room was large and quiet although tired and dated. bed comfortable but did not expect luxury and was not disappointed. bathroom was tiny for two people but reasonably clean. only problem was bathtub which drained very slowly. rooms lacked wireless internet access but free internet in lobby compensated sufficiently. if traveling again to chicago downtown on a limited budget, I would gladly stay here again.

The rooms were smaller than expected. The bathroom was smaller than expected, and the bathroom sink was so small I had to put the toilet seat cover down in order to put some toiletry articles out to shave, brush teeth and apply deoderant.Towels were clean and some had worn out spots through them. The shower had mold in the corners (we had no bath tub), I used hand towels to stand on while in the shower.

My mom and sister and I went to Chicago for the holiday. The room was small but it served the purpose. The location was amazing and the dining recommendations they gave were outstanding, We are planning to return to Chicago over the summer and we will surely be staying there.

Due to the busy time of year for Chicago, accommodation was hard to book when i left my run so late. After booking this accommodation i was a little hesitant once i had read some of the reviews, but when i arrived in Chicago i was pleasantly surprised with what i received. The location is fantastic and one couldn't ask for much better. As i was a single traveller the deluxe room was perfectly sized. Large Queensized bed, desk, lounge chair and plenty of room to move around. The bathroom was a bit cozy and i would not have wanted to be sharing it with another person. It was a very pleasant stay. The only fault, as per what is said on this website i thought there were dining facilities, but there was only a bar in the hotel, but options were within a close walking distance. I would definately stay there again, great value for money compared to what surrounding hotels were offering.

Aside from the Hotel Lobby, the cleanliness of this hotel was terrible. I was in two different rooms, neither of which was clean - House Keeping had to be called to clean the bathroom and carpet. I booked an Executive King; however, was placed in a dirty Delux King. The hallways and common areas were not kept up. It is obvious that the remodel money went into the lobby and not much beyond! The bathrooms are so small they are a joke. Sit on the toilet, wash your hands in the sink, and soak your feet in the tub at the same time! The only positive thing I have to say is that this is a terrific location in downtown Chicago. Lesson learned - you get what you pay for - there is a reason this hotel is * cheaper a night then surrounding properties. I left and found a different hotel after a quick internet search.
