We stay at the Peninsula every year and love it. We've also stayed in the Peninsula in NY and these are the best hotels in the US. The service is unmatched anywhere and the rooms are beautiful.

I would say this is the best hotel that I have ever stayed at. The service was remarkable.

I went to Chicago with my two best friends not knowing what to do or where to go, and the front desk employees helped straighten out my trip. Thank you so much!!!!!

 by  anonymous  on  2006-07-02

This is an amazing hotel, not only are the rooms stunning but the service is outstanding. Being on the younger side I often recieve poor to fair service, but this hotel was only concerned with making every guest happy. Not only were we treated wonderfully but we even recieved a room upgrade to a suite with no extra charge...rare I am sure, but it has made me into a customer for life. Great breakfast too!!

 by  anonymous  on  2006-02-02

I took my 3 daughters to shop and visit the theater. We love the Pen., but they like most hotels don't have wheelchair accessible rooms for families.(seems if you're disabled, you're not allowed to have a family) They ended up putting us in 2 connecting rooms and we had a great week. It's a bit fancy for kids, but they loved the elegance and the service (room service for a 7 yr. old was wonderful!)"
