we got there at 11pm, no parking available. we had to park across the street. night staff was rude. parking lot size only about two 2-car garages. continental breakfast, only coffee & tea. room was not so clean. only 1 electrical outlet accessible. low volume of water in the shower. ice machine was not working. elevator was bumpy.
We booked for 2 nights because it was the only hotel available with closeness to the Medical Plaza. We had to go to the ER after only 6 hours from check-in and they allowed our sons, who flew up the next day, to stay the second night. They arranged a free roll away bed. Bar Louie was great!
