This elegantly appointed hotel is truely a gem for the business travelor. One can walk 30 feet to McCormick Place Convention center or take a 10 minute walk to the lakefront and museums. The staff is very helpful and will plan all aspects of your trip at no additional charge. The resturants reccomended were wonderful ! My room and bathroom was appointed finer than a 5 star hotel with a fine art collection and fine linens and towels. I was so surprized at the beauty of the room, not at all what is expected from a independently owned hotel. The staff let me know the owner is a award winning general contractor who has great sense of design. I would reccomend this beautiful hotel for a great experience while visiting Chicago. The mansion is completely renovated and absolutely spectacular!
