The hotel was recently changed from a Ramada to a Holiday Inn. There were no signs to indicate the building was even a hotel upon arrival and I received absolutely no notification of this prior to the trip, making it time consuming to find. The "free" internet did not work in our room and this could not be remedied. It worked great if you walk down the hall and promptly disconnected upon entering our room. There was a wait at the front desk for at least 5 minutes to speak with the attendant on multiple occasions. I was given a handicapped room with a poorly designed shower head that required it be held while showering. This unit makes showering substantially more difficult and time consuming for someone with a broken arm that cannot be raised overhead. We were not told this on checkin and pleasantly surprised by this the next morning. I was charged 400 upon checkout, however the room was already paid for through the travel agency. That charge was immediately rescinded. After arriving home, I saw an additional 240 charge for the room on my credit card. I have called their accounting department more times than I can count in the past month and it has still not been corrected. You will be charged 12 for the breakfast buffet per person. Considering the quality of the food, the price of the room, and the above hassle, breakfast should be free. Airplanes can be heard flying over at all hours of the night.
