This is a "Comfort Inn' masquerading as a good hotel. No bellhops inside or outside at my arrival. Desk clerks were efficient but cold. The entire place has an odd odor. My room was recently remodeled but had a smoke odor. When I asked to switch, I was told nothing was available for several days. The restaurant and room service prices were outrageous. I've been in many good hotels with character - this hotel is only pretending to be one.

Stayed here for business. Was convienient to Conference Center, restaurants, bars etc... The fitness center was great. The lighting in the room and bathroom was dim. Seemed like they charged extra for everything. Fax machine in business center did not send my fax but managed to charge me * anyway. The overall feeling I left with was they were out for every penny they could squeeze out of the guests. If I travel to Indy agian I'll try another brand

The hotel is comfy and very elegant. The workout/pool area is very nice. The bar is relaxing. Parking is a fair market rate, considering the area. some charges are a bit tacky, but overall, a great place to stay while in Indy!

Very friendly staff. Our bed was ""heavenly"" to say the least! Lots of bars, shopping and dining close by, too. We will use the Westin again. Thanks
