For an average Japanese like me, some American clerks are often unfriendly and impolite, and sometimes very offensive (in particular at rent-a-cars). But I finally found an absolutely friendly clerk at this hotel. She gave me a hearty welcome and smile, even though it was late at night. The fee was a little bit high, but I strongly recommend this hotel to those who want to stay at a comfortable hotel.There was, however, one defect: the elevator smelled bad.
This is a nice hotel with very convenient location to Smith and Amherst colleges. The hotel is clean and fresh. Managed by freindly team. Would strongly recommend it to other families.
My daughter and I were visiting an area college and decided to stay overnight for convenience. We were very pleased with our accommodations in all respects. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The room was spotless and very nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable, with three fluffy pillows on each one. We slept well and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. As a bonus, the free breakfast was delightful!
My wife left a favorite nightgown and the hotel immediately return it by Fed Ex. We had a very pleasant stay for a college commencement and highly recommend this motel for its comfort and location near Northhampton and Amherst!
