We booked this hotel based on proximity to the Iowa Great Lakes, and it's low price. It is a small, old-fashioned, family-owned motel. Clean, modern rooms, friendly staff, good continental breakfast. Close to everything. We stayed in the ""Executive"" Building. No view, but good for sleeping. Good value for the price. Note: toilets flush very slowly. There is a tiny outdoor pool, but we didn't try it."
