I was traveling alone meeting relatives. The shuttle picked me up at the airport after I called and pointed out points of interest as well as restuants in route to the hotel as well as explaining the shuttle. I found the hotel staff friendly and very helpful I wouldn't hesitatle again to visit Boston alone

This hotel as wonderful. The shuttles service to the airport and subway was great! Also a great free breakfast to save . They also held my luggage til the afternoon on the day a checked out. Very friendly service. Would stay here again.

It was an okay place to stay. Unfortunately the staff was not very knowledgeable and provided inconsistent information. Our non smoking room smelled like smoke. It provided excellent tranportation - a shuttle to/from the airport and the subway, always very prompt.

What attracted me to this hotel was the free parking. I was not disapointed. The shuttle would bring me to the metro station very quickly and I wouldn't have to drive in Boston. A real advantage. The staff was nice and very helpful, and my room was clean. I will definitely return to that hotel every time I have to go back to Boston. Thanks.

We arrived and had a difficult time finding our room (not clearly marked which way to go, etc.), then noisy in the hall, went into room, very substandard, went into the bathroom where there was hair on the floor and a hair on the toilet seat! We did park and fly; got back to Boston, could not get through to the hotel for shuttle service; there was a power outage, however airport told us Ramada shuttle does not make regular runs, so we took a taxi. In fairness to the hotel, they did reimburse taxi fare when I complained.

Ramada is a low/average hotel. I was impressed with the accomodation of the marathon runners, ie, extra shuttle service and showers after the race. Employees were friendly overall. However it would be more convenient if microwaves and fidges were in each room.
