Amenities
Located in the historic district of Vineyard Haven, a few minutes walk to ferry, town and beach, the 1720 House is an ideal year-round retreat for guests who seek a small and intimate colonial atmosphere in the spirit and style of the best of Marthas Vineyard. This National Register of Historic Homes structure was built in 1720 and placed in its present location in 1735. Its unique pre-1750 gunstock style architecture has been a home for generations of prominent island families. The architecture, layout and amenities are of a bygone era, improved for modern convenience and comfort. This is a non-smoking property and this property has limited handicapped accessibility.
