We are located across the street from famous Kittery Outlet Malls and only minutes away from historical downtown Portsmouth, New Hampshire and the beautiful beaches of York, Maine. We have a newly renovated, first class inn with 43 beautifully decorated guest rooms. All of which feature extended cable with free HBO, hair dryers and data ports for your convenience. We also have an outdoor swimming pool for your relaxation as well. We serve a supreme complimentary continental breakfast every morning in our main lobby, serving coffee, tea and hot chocolate 24 hours a day.

I am a creature of habit. Once I find a place I like I stick with it. From now on I will be staying at the Coachman every time I go to Kittery
We take our teenage daughters on a shopping trip to Kittery each year and would never stay anywhere but the Coachman.
Room was basic clean and large enough. breakfast was limited but ok , not as good as Hampton inn but for the price ok
Best location for shopping, it is spotless could not have been any cleaner the staff goes out of their way for your every need. All you see are people constantly cleaning. They have agreat place we cant wait to go back.
Can't beat this hotel ! just walk across the street to the outlet malls. Staff very freindly, cleaniest rooms ever. Much cleaner then you find in those big hotel chains. A real homey feeling. Everyone was super accomodating... get the family room ! great for more then 2 people . would stay here again in a heartbeat. Think this will be the new "girls" shopping vacation destination in the future.
Lovely motel to stay- clean rooms, large rooms. Ceilings a bit low, 7', but if you're there to shop you have a great location. This is not the place to go though if you're looking for good food. Restaurants are few & mostly not great. Breakfast & lunch you're limited to McDonald's or Burger King. Bring lots of snacks if you're an eater & even if you're not!
