Overall the staff was friendly and the room was clean. The continental breakfast was very good. Hotel a little hard to find after leaving the expressway. Located in a local shopping area. The major complaint was the bed. The mattress was very bad and extremely soft. Rolled to the middle while trying to sleep. My wife now has a sore back from trying to sleep. Reported the bed condition to the front desk the next morning and she said she would let them(?) know about the mattress.
My Stay at the Holiday Express was very comfortable. Only problem was difficult to find because located in middle of shopping mall and there were no signs telling of its location.
