The Beach Condominiums are situated 15 miles from the Wineries, three miles from Grand Traverse Resort, and five miles from the casino. The property is minutes from the Traverse City shopping district, adjacent to a boat launch facility and close to championship golf. The property is three miles from the Cherry Capital Airport (TVC).The waterfront property includes 267 feet of sandy beachfront, an outdoor heated pool and spa. Front desk hours are 10 a. to 9 p. everyday and the property has daily housekeeping services. The amenities also include free parking, free local calls, a public hot tub.The property consist of 30 one-bedroom units on three floors, each with a private balcony or first floor walkout with spectacular panoramic views of beautiful East Grand Traverse Bay. Each condominium has spacious living of over 750 square feet and has been professionally decorated. The units sleep four and feature a private bedroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen, two-person Jacuzzi bath, and has a private balcony or first floor walkout that overlooks east Grand Traverse Bay. All accommodations come with a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, private bedroom and whirlpool bath. All units are completely smoke-free and include cable TV (with HBO) and high speed Internet access.
