will stay here again every chance i get.The room was terrific with a excellent view of the arch. The hotel staff was excellent from check in to check out.The price was a little steep but it was well worth it.
By far, well worth the money. Everything posted on the web site was right on. No hidden surprises. Staff friendly and accomodating. Parking very convenient. Nice location with an excellent view of the arch, Busch Stadium, etc. We had a room with a king size bed on the 28th floor. The view was spectacular, and the room was spacious, also having a couch, arm chair, desk and two other chairs. Having stayed recently at another hotel close by, this one out ranked it by far, making it our hotel of choice when coming back to St. Louis.
The property is in an excellent location close to anything you might want to do in Downtown St. Louis. It is convenient to the Arch and to the MetroLink for easy access to the airport. The property is older and has been undergoing renovations. Our room was a good size with a comfortable bed. The shower was good and the bathroom was well lit. The cooling/heating system is not truly controlled within the room and I can see where it would get quite warm in the summer. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off and needs to be replaced. The tub/shower area is badly chipped and obviously old. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and efficient. Despite the small cosmetic issues, it is a nice hotel and I would stay there again and would recommend others do the same.
The location was great -- my room had a perfect view of the arch. Front desk staff were efficient. The bathroom was tiny and needed some updates. The mattress was so hard that I couldn't sleep well. The bartender was not very friendly and the meal I had was not very good. The bell captain was great. Overall it was a 50/50 split on pros versus cons, which seems typical for the several hotels I've stayed in the St. Louis area. I won't stay there again.
The bed madethetrip more injoyable.
THIS WAS MY FIRST VISIT TO ST LOUIS AND I WAS GREETED WITH WARM LOVING HARMS. THE STAFF HELP ME ON THE DIRECTION TO STADIUM. THE LET ME KNOW ABOUT THE ATTRACTION THAT WAS GOING ON AT THAT TIME. WHEN I NEEDED EXTRA PILLOWS, COFFEE, AND COVERS PULLED DOWN, THE SERVICE WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD. I LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING THE STAFF AND THE SMILING FACE IN AUGUST. THANK YOU FOR THE MOST WONDERFUL EXPERINCE IN ST LOUIS. MY GOD CONTINUE TO BLESS YOU ALL
