I love this hotel. The bathroom is simply amazing!!! I went with my mother for some classes that were being held within the hotel. The bed was wonderful, and I slept so well. The roomservice was excellent - some of the best food that I've had at a hotel! Bathroom has a great walk in shower and separate soaking tub - perfect for relaxing after a long, stressful day. This would be a great hotel for a romantic getaway. I only have two complaints about my stay. 1.) I didn't notice until after sleeping in my bed that there was dried blood on the sheets and a curly black hair in the sheets. (I know that neither of which belonged to me!) After calling the front desk, housekeeping came up immediately and remedied the situation. 2.) We had a 4'o'clock check out because of the conference that my mom was attending, since I stayed in the room and relaxed. I left my computer in our room, and was waiting for my mom in the lobby. When I went up to get my pillow and computer so that we could check out, it was 2:30, and my key didn't work. They deactivated my key! So, I had to go back downstairs to get a master key so that I could gain entry to the room in order to get my stuff. Minimal complaints, I know, but it was a bit of a hassle! I cannot wait to stay at this hotel again, because it is simply one of the best that I have ever stayed in. It would be so much better, however, if it had a pool and/or hot tub!!!
I am a fan of Westin Hotels already, but this was a fantastic place! We had a King room and it was very spacious. The bathroom was beautiful and had lots of room. The shower was a large glass enclosure with tumbled tile, separate from the tub. The vanity had two "workspaces" so I had plenty of room for all of my stuff without fighting to keep it out of the sink. The location was great - across the street from Busch Stadium but a really nice walk to the Arch and the downtown area. Stop looking and book it, you won't be disappointed.
The Westin is my faorite hotel chain, and when I stay at the Westin I am NEVER disappointed. The Westin in St. Lous is BY FAR, the most exquisitely FABULOUS Westin I've visited. Everything about my brief one night stay was impeccable. The location is right in the heart of the city, and easily accessible. The common areas were a great design mix of classic and sophisticated designo decor. The guest room was ANAZING. The heavenly bed, is just just that HEAVENLY. And the bathroom was up there to Ritz Carlton status. If ever you're in St. Louis, you MUST stay here. The value you get for this room is AMAZING. Note: go to www.starwood.com for cheaper rates!!!!!
i was friendly approached upon my arrival, i was tired, it was a long drive, and i was well taken care of right when i got out of my vehicle...that set the tone for the weekend, and everything else from there was magnificent, i was even given an upgrade on my room at no extra charge...that is service...only one suggestion...do not eat out of the mini bar...everything looks good and all, but it is expensive...

Location is the best. Right downtown, next to the new Busch Stadium, right next to the MetroLink line that will take you wherever you need to go, including the airport. The onsite restaurant (Clark Street Grill) is very innovative and the quality is top notch. This is a must stay.
