This was my first time in St. Louis on a business trip and I was so pleased with this hotel that I have already made my reserverations for the annual company convention scheduled for August, 2008. I plan to stay at this hotel every year that my company has it's annual convention in St. Louis.
This hotel had one of the best overall services of any hotel we've stayed. Without exception, all employess were focused on providing the best service possible. The shuttle service and drivers were exceptional. Always available and professional in thier duties. The same can be said about the employess at the front desk - both day and night shifts.
