Most of the people were nice the front desk was very helpful there was one lady with the breakfast staff that was very HATEFUL and RUDE.The breakfast was horrible stale biscuits, the gravy was horrible. They didn't have very much seating in the breakfast area. The beds were comfortable and they gave you plenty of pillows. The location was great you weren't in the heart of Branson so you didn't have all the traffic. We didn't have time to use the pool but it looked nice and clean.Plus the rooms were nice and clean. We would stay here again.
Wonderful location..Quiet...excellent breakfast..Great pool..very nice staff..Wonderful pillows(all 4 of them)..good price for Branson
Friendly, helpful staff. Clean rooms , nice pool, & good breakfast. It is off the busy main road on the yellow route, and very handy to attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and will definitely stay here again.
No smoking wings as well as no smoking in all common areas. The pool was nice although there were some unsupervised kids (not the hotel's responsibility). Nice room, quiet, convenient to activities, restaurants, and interstate. Would definitely recommend.
We have stayed at several places in Branson, and this may become our place to stay in the Winter. With a great pool, comfortable beds, and a good hot breakfast we were very happy with our stay.
We stayed 4 days and 3 nights. Hotel was conveniently located, nice pool and hot tub (except kids kept getting in, even though sign plainly stated 14 and under not allowed) not able to relax. First room was very noisy due to a/c. but was moved quickly to another room. Rooms and entire hotel clean. X in gift shop very helpful. Staff not as out-going as I expected, but friendly and polite. Convenient parking. Breakfast was awful, stale biscuits and cereal. Did have waffles you make yourself, boiled eggs, etc. Overall, may stay again, clean and comfortable and felt safe.
