Travelocity Reviews ( 3 Reviews ) Top

The bed was an inner spring matress with a feather bed top..I think for a 4 star hotel they should upgrade to a pillow top or something...the service was amazing they added another feather bed since I complained...the bathroom was so tiny and the room itself on the 19th floor was under par. The pool was great but the Jacuzzi was barely a Jacuzzi, over chlorined and barely any bubbles. The only thing that kept me from going to another hotel was the perfect location and awesome service. If the service stunk I would of gave it a 1 star.

This Hotel had only one way in and no direction of how to park. We had to pay 16.00 a day to park in Marriott's parking lot I wasn't aware of that when i booked this room. The hotel was nice but I paid in advance for this room like March or April and then was charged more when I came in for the stay. It was close to where I wanted to be so I couldn't complain about the location. What could I do though because everything else had sold out by the time came for the event.
