The lobby entrance was very inviting. The bathroom and rooms were clean. Great area for the price. The front desk clerk was not courteous never smiled and seemed annoyed with me.
I HAD FAMILY COME TO VISIT DURING THE THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY. I MYSELF NEW TO THE AREA NEEDED SOMETHING CLOSE AND CLEAN. COMFORT SUITE DIDN'T DISAPPOINT.
I visited this hotel in Oct and loved the decor. It's very warm and inviting. The rooms are some of the best I have stayed in and the housekeeping was excellent! I highly recommend this hotel.
Our room was very clean. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Lots of different choices. My mom left her coat behind and they shipped it overnight, with contents intact. Our dog was welcomed and we didn't have a pet room that smelled of other pets. We will stay again.
Staff courteous and accomodating. have stayed multiple times - matress firmness/support not sonsisten - some old with the center ""droop"" - others firm. Breakfast of - but no variety from day to day and often times not all selections available (example, yogurt, half-and-half for coffee) Coffee is very good. Worst feature is temperature settings in hallways - was there in 90+ degree weather. Room AC fine, but almost non-existent in hallways on the room floors
