My husband and I tried to get a room at this place as both of our home's bathrooms were broken, and we were denied since we lived within 50 miles. They have had trouble with people partying. Who exactly pays 100 + on a room to party in? We had work clothes on even. No apology, no service. Do not stay with these snobs that can't help out a local in need that is willing to use your service.
Please do not stay here - we had unauthorized charges to our card after a visit here and neither the hotel nor the custmer service people are interested in helping us. They are extremely dishonest.
Small room, hard bed, tiny pool, tiny parking lot, cramped breakfast area, tiny lobby, staff friendly, first time staying at one of this brands locations.
This was very conveniently located to I-26, I-240 and I-40. The staff was wonderful and very helpful in giving directions and telling us about Asheville. The breakfast bar is wonderful
From the reviews, I thought this would be a great place to stay while we were visiting the Biltmore but was sorely disappointed. The rooms were dated, the beds were very uncomfortable and the bathroom was just basic. The person at the desk was not very helpful or forthcoming with local information. The parking lot was extremely narrow and difficult to maneuver in and the location was not the best. We did not enjoy our stay at all with the exception of the breakfast. It was very good for a freebie.
Very clean room. The staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast! Enjoyed our 2 night stay and will definately stay there again.
