I read the other reviews and maybe I was lucky, but I enjoyed my stay. The staff was very helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I tried to get room service but it was after 9pm, so went to the bar in the hotel. Excellent burger and a beer. No complaints and would stay there again.
The room was very damp even with the air on. there was a mysterious stain on the sheer curtains, and old cigar butts on the balcony. A wrapped gift left on the coffee table was tampered with while we were out. The breakfast buffet was awful.
The rooms need to be renovated, specifically the bathroom. The breakfast was good.
Exercise equipment was old or didn't work, conference room was noisy and in a hard to find location.Room needed updating, limited cable selections... Overall it was a disappointing experience for the price
