I booked our time at this hotel, and then reveiwed some of the old reveiws that had been written by other travelers. The opinion was unanimous, the service was rated as bad to horrible. It was too late to change ours plans, so we forged ahead. The hotel was a wonderful experience and the service by every employee in the facility was outstanding to say the least. The employees were tripping over each other to be freindly, helpful, entertaining and just plain nice. We have stayed at a lot of places in the past, but this hotel had the best service ever! We are definitely headed back for another stay. If things were not so great a few years back at this hotel, by all means, try it now. Great job staff!

This is a great place to stay for families or anyone looking to get away and just relax or take part in countless recreational activities. The staff when out of their way to make you feel welcome. My daughter love the pool area with the hidden items in the murrals. I recommend to everyone that they enjoy some wine and cheese on the porch over looking the beautiful White Mountains. Try to book a room with a balcony, you will not regret it. My daughter also enjoyed the board game room and the movie theater. The bonfire was a nice place to meet other guest or just enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We will be back soon!

I love being at this great Hotel. Everything was beautiful, especially the view, the bed flowers, the sound of the water on the porch. The staff members were absolutly kind and helpful. I spend a great time at the pool. I love relaxing on the front porch with my friend and a great meal. The room service was very fast. All the place is very neat. I will surely be there for my next vacation. With a place like that we would like to stop the clock time so we could be there more longer.
