Binion's Gambling Hall and Hotel is located on Fremont Street, approximately three miles from the Las Vegas Strip and seven miles from McCarran International Airport. This location is also 10 miles from Las Vegas Motor Speedway, 13 miles from Henderson, and 25 miles from Hoover Dam. Binion's is a combination of the original Binion's, which consists of 80 rooms, and a 280-room high-rise in downtown. The hotel is named for the cowboy Benny Binion, a Las Vegas pioneer who laid his claim on Fremont Street and pushed gambling from sawdust joints to classy, carpeted casinos. Hotel amenities include the full casino with a slot club, poker room, table games, sports book, and Keno. The hotel also offers the rooftop pool, Binion's Ranch Steak House, 24-hour coffee shop, two 24-hour snack bars, and gift shop. All rooms feature cable TV and bath amenities.

The Hotel accomodations were great for the price we paid. I would recomment the Hotel to my friends and family. We are going to have another reunion next year and we will probably stay at the same hotel.

This is probably the worst experience I have ever encountered in my many years of travel for both business and pleasure. Upon arrival at Binion's, Saturday 4/19/08, we were greeted with the most dis-respectful front desk people I have ever encountered. Our rooms were not ready and we were told to come back at 3:00 PM since they "were short on housekeeping staff and are behind". We did return at 3:30 and were told in a very unprofessional manner that the rooms were still not ready and would not be until at least 5:00 or 6:00 PM. When we inquired why we were told again that they were short on housekeeping staff and that there was nothing they could or would do about it. Since this did not seem of great concern to the front desk we asked to speak to a manager and were told there were none in the hotel and would not be until Monday. (How can a property of this size not have an on-site manager during the day?) Finally after we refused to leave without a room, they finally came up with two rooms. The one room was very "worn". The bathroom was filthy, mold growing on the shower curtain, bathtub drain not working, floor appeared to not have been mopped in days, curtains were so moth eaten that small pin holes of light shined through as is the curtain had been shot with a shotgun, the carpet had cigarette burns in it, and the bedding was filthy. The second room was worst than the other if that could even happen. On top of that the room was so noisy that people staying in the room had to almost scream at each other to be heard. Old hotel that needs a good cleaning!

What a horrible experience at the craps table!!! I walk up, buy in for a couple of hundred, and basically get harrassed the whole time I am there (for all about ten minutes). I like to set the dice when I throw them and two older dealers are harrassing me with snide remarks while the boxman named Allen just sat there and let them do it. I have never been so insulted or harrassed at a craps table like this ever. If this is how Binion's wants to do business, I would suggest you take your business elsewhere.

I DIDNT ACTUALLY STAY HERE I JUST GAMBLED FOR A LITTLE BIT BUT BINIONS IS ONE OF THE MOST DIRTY DISGUSTING PLACES I HAVE EVERY BEEN.AFTER THE VALET FINALLY GOT OFF HIS BUTT TO TAKE MY CAR I WENT INSIDE TO USE THE RESTROOM.I THINK IT'S SAD WHEN YOU HAVE TO SHARE THE RESTROOM WITH ROACHES!!!! IF THEY HAVE ROACHES IN THE RESTROOM THEY HAVE ROACHES EVERYWHERE ELSE DONT DO IT PEOPLE STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.SOMEONE SHOULD CALL THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT

my hotel stay was booked for the Golden Nugget a GREAT HOTEL, but the night we arrived their housekeeping staff had staged a walk out, so they had to call In the staff that was seceduled to be off that day and did not have rooms ready so they paid for us to stay one night at Binos. We agreed and the nightmare began. we were greeted with the most rudest staff I have ever encountered, they treated us as If we intruded their space, the halls were dark, the rooms dirty and had a musky order. we could'nt wait to check out the next day. at check out we complained to the staff but once again we were meet with rudeness. when checking Into the Golden Nugget we informed them of the issues we encounted at Bino's and suggested they find a new hotel to send guest to. They apologized and credited our credit cards for our first night stay. Now that Is the different between a five star hotel that works hard on customer service. and a one star hotel that could careless about customer service.
