My first time in Las Vegas, so I can't compare to other Vegas hotels. We stayed there twice - at the front and back ends of a trip sandwiched around travel out of town. The first room had not been updated in a while, while the second room had been recently refurbished. You may want to ask if you can choose a remodeled room. It is a huge complex of two story buildings, all surrounding several pools. Beds are extremely comfortable, pools are clean, atmosphere is quiet. Convenient ride to airport and walks to Hard Rock and Hofbrauhaus. The walk to the strip passes thru some marginal neighborhoods, so take a taxi. Would stay again.
We were completely satisfied with this hotel. It was very nice and clean. The customer service was exemplary and the location was perfect. We were particularly impressed with the conveniences offered within the room itself, as well as the activities and amenities within the hotel. If we weren?t in Las Vegas, we never would have left the hotel! I would definitely recommend Alexis Park to anyone!
This used to be an okay place to stay with semi cool, large rooms. Rooms are run down as is the rest of the hotel. Not the cleanest place and feels like a motel
Have been to Las Vegas many times. First time at this hotel. Sitting area and mini bar was nice for a change instead of a room with just a bed, chair and table. Front desk clerk was very nice. Parking was quite conjested and sometimes hard to find a parking near room. Room was a little out dated but decent for the price. Hard Rock Casino across the street was a plus.
Very nice, clean, quiet hotel. Convenient to the Strip, but away from all the bustle. Will definitely stay here again.Only problem was a broken shower/bath switch. Had to take baths.
this was my first time in las vagas, the hotel was horrible, we called the front desk to get a blanket for my son, the front desk would not answer thier phone, we actualy had to call the front desk several times and no answer, my husband had to walk all the way up there to speak with somebody. our room was not cleaned by 4:00 p.m. and we were out all day. we had one great maid, she came in on that day to clean and she gave us gifts. we also had "COMPLIMENTRY" breakfast vouchers, the poor waitress got into so much trouble for giving us a "COMPLIMENTRY" breakfast, we complained to the manager he said it was to be a discount coupon, (this is what they printed and gave us). and no water pressure in the shower, it is a dirty and run down hotel, don't let the pictures fool you!!!!! it also said on the back of our door that our room goes for 750.00 a night!!! that is a joke, luckily we got it for *.00 and when you get there if you plan on using the pull out couch for a bed, be prepared to make it yourself, it is nothing but a mattress.
