The hotel is located at the heart of the Strip. It is approximately four miles from McCarran International Airport. The entrance of the hotel is home to a lagoon with towering waterfalls and a 54-foot high volcano that spews smoke and fire 100 feet above the water once an hour nightly. Siegfried and Roy's Secret Garden and Dolphin Habitat features dolphins swimming in the two and one-half million-gallon pools. Also created for the Mirage by Siegfried and Roy is the White Tiger Habitat, a tropical environment featuring the exotic cats. The 20,000-gallon saltwater aquarium in the lobby features 1,000 coral reef creatures. The 100-foot atrium houses a tropical rainforest. The casino offers slot machines, poker tables, table games, a high-limit lounge, and a race and sports book.Live entertainment includes the new show LOVE by Cirque du Soleil. Mirage is also home to Celebrity Impressionist/Singer/Comedian/Ventriloquist Terry Fator, and touring headline entertainers. The newly redesigned Spa and Kim Vo Salon feature massage therapies, beauty treatments and hydrotherapies. The Revolution Lounge is a 7,000 square-foot lounge featuring psychedelic floors, walls, and tables with pulsating lights, as well as musical theme nights, and the Beatles-themed Abbey Road Bar. JET is a three-floor, four-bar nightclub. Dining options include Japonais, BLT Burger, STACK, Fin, Kokomo's, Onda Ristorante & Wine Lounge, Samba Brazilian Steakhouse, Caribe Cafe, Cravings, the Carnegie Delicatessen, the Paradise Cafe, and more. All of the above was great! We went for total relaxation and no thinking and we did just that! We stayed at the Mirage, great place, pool, coffee places, Samba restaurant, and concierge was very helpful in booking our show! Unfortunately the Beatles show was on vacation while we were there, but went to see Jersey Boys! FANTASTIC! Good flights, and the Grayline vouchers were a great idea! Didn't have to worry about cabs or anything! Alll around Great Trip!

Some years back Mirage was undoubtedly one of the top hotels on the strip - today is is nice but not great. It was obviously showing its age and they did a good job on the room make overs to bring the hotel more up to date. The beds are very comfortable but the bathrooms are extremely small. We also experienced a lot of noise in the hallway the first two nights of our stay. Mirage would not be my first choice but we would stay here again.

Have stayed at quite a few hotels on the strip in LV and this was as nice as any of them. Clean rooms, an exceptionally comfortable bed, plasma TV, and a very friendly and helpful staff.

Got one of the newly renovated rooms. Beautiful, 42" flat screen tv and everything. Tv didn't work in the first room, they acted promptly and moved us to a new room. We didnt'get a nice view but it wasn't a priority. Some of the bed linens were stained and the bathroom was uncomfortable. Yet room was cleaned and beds made every day, and bed linens changed upon request.

1. OUR ROOM WAS NOT READY AT CHECK-IN TIME; WE WERE FORCED TO CHANGE CLOTHES IN PUBLIC BATHROOM TO MAKE SHOW. 2. COMPUTER GLITCH PREVENTED MACHINES FROM ISSUING TICKETS FOR WINNINGS AND WE WAITED 1 HOUR AND 20 MINUTES FOR HAND PAYOUT. 3. HOTEL VALET SERVICE GAVE OUR RENTAL CAR TO WRONG CUSTOMER. VALET COULD NOT READ AS LICENSE NUMBER ON WRONG CUSTOMERS TICKET DID NOT MATCH THAT ON THE VEHICLE THEY LET HIM LOAD HIS LUGGAGE INTO 4. TRIED TO DISCUSS THIS WITH MANAGEMENT AT CHECK-OUT AND WAS TOLD THERE WAS NO ONE WE COULD TALK TO AND WOULD HAVE TO GO ON LINE AND SEND AN E-MAIL. 5. WAS NOT PROVIDED A RECEIPT AT CHECK-OUT. 6. ROOM WAS NOT VACCUMED THE WHOLE TIME WE WERE THERE.

the location was good, almost in the middle of everything. The concierge and front desk were very nice and helpful. BLT Burger, the new restaurant there was horrible, the food was bad. My husband got a chicken sandwich and I tried the veggie burger, both were really bad. they claim to have severe sides and the fries were comparable to arby's but arby's is better. our order came out wrong too. Go to McDonalds before you eat here, it will be tastier and more satisfying. We spent about 60 for food we thought was terrible. The best thing was the bottled beers! Also, we ordered room service for breakfast the morning of our last stay for a quick bite. They told me 40 minutes or less. About an hour and a half later I got my breakfast and it was bad again. So another 30 down the drain. Go to the food court across the way or eat at Paris, they have great food and the atmosphere was quaint and beautiful. Thats where we will stay next time. we heard great things about it but got a great deal on the Mirage. Their rooms were like brand new so that was nice. heard a little bit of renovation going on even though we requested to be away from it since it was our anniversary. they were nice and gave us an extra hour for late check out. The pool was pretty but needed to be cleaned. Also stay away from JET, it gets packed, just go to any other bar along the strip, you can still dance and drink at most and save money. If you get a good deal stay here, at other places. If you can afford it, stay at paris. you must check out caesars too!
