Everyone there was very freindly. The hotel was easy to get around.

Horrible experience from club management at Tryst who kicked us out without cause or reasoning and would not explain themselves outside the club after we calmly and cooperatively left. Hotel management would not follow up or investigate or provide compensation for the actions of a club housed in their hotel. The hotel itself is on the same level as many others that are similarly priced, but customer service is seriously lacking. If you're going to pay that much to stay in a hotel, I would highly suggest Mandalay Bay or Caesar's over this dump!!!!!

Hotel is physically very beautiful however for a five star rating we were very disappointed in very very poor service!

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at Wynn. We have stayed at many of the other fine hotels in Las Vegas and Wynn is our FAVORITE. The bed is to die for - didn't want to leave it. Staff is friendly and very accommodating. The pool (s) are wonderful and something for everyone. Fabulous restaurants from 5 star ratings to their Terrace Cafe. Check in was fast & friendly - no long cattle lines as at other hotels. They certainly are deserving of the 5 star rating they have received. Can't wait to return - and we will!

We stayed in a resort room. It was a fabulous experience from start to finish. Check in was a breeze, check out just as easy and pleasant. We ate at "The Buffet" - oh, my - I couldn't even pronounce half the dishes, but we so enjoyed it. The room was just lovely, with every whim satisfied to be comfortable and feel spoiled. Usually, the big casinos on the strip have squeaky tight slot machines and we have never been able to play very long, but the Wynn is different. This was where I won most of my money for the whole trip, and the drink service seems much more efficient here than other places. Well worth our time.

We stayed two nights & got a good rate because we have the Wynn Red Players Club Card. However, I would suggest that upgrading to higher tower room on the pool side is better for the extra /night to avoid the traffic & boom box noise from the Strip side which kept me awake. Also, why can't hotels especially in the 4-5 star level insulate their rooms better? We could hear people in the adjoining room cough or laugh etc. The hotel pool is really nice but limited on lounges when crowded. They could turn down the volume on the music & have better selection. It was very heavy on the beat & not conducive to relaxing. The beer & cocktails are very expensive. One Mohito with chips & salsa cost me ! The broadway show " Spamalot " was very excellent in a nice modern theateThe staff is friendly and helpful.
