We made our reservations on line and were charged 166.02 for two nights. Our initial web search was restricted to hotels that allowed pets. We have a bassett hound who was in a kennel when in the room. The hotel charged my account 43.60 for the dog who supposedly left some dog hairs at the rate of 20 per day - first claiming that I had two dogs when I called later about the charges. The front desk claim that they allowed pets but have a daily charge of 20 per animal. This information is not posted on the web site and our room was prepaid. Inn is located across the street from Nellis main entrance and is in the worst part of Las Vegas. My first indication was when l went looking for extra towels that three maids were cleaning a room with masks and towels over their mouths. Place is an absolute dump.
We were very satisfied with this hotel. In the future if we revisit the area we will return to this place.
The Nellis Best Western was convenient to my visit at Nellis AFB. The rooms were clean, the staff were cordial and helpful. The price of the room was better than other hotels in the immediate area and the facility was better than some of these other places (I have stayed at some of these alternative hotels prior).
